SLA’s Lady Rockets Soccer Team won today for a game that would determine the winners of the B-division 2009 soccer season. This was a very productive game after the unfortunate knee injury during the previous game of Jasmine Hollerway, a key player for the soccer team's defense. The game started off rough with the no luck of scoring a goal for the first half of the game. It seemed to be that the ball was constantly being pushed back and forth with a few close calls that the defense handled with the help of Christine Walden who seemed to always be where a quick save was needed. With the defense tight and confident, all that was needed was an opportune moment from the offense.
