I wish I had amnesia so I could forget what you look like. What you did was wrong in so many ways. But I hated you for something else too. Right then, and at every moment since you left – all I did was think about you. You made me love you in a desperate way. All I wanted was your smell- your arms around me. It was wrong for me to feel that way. That’s what I hated the most.

Friend: ​Remember what I said when all of this started, I said forget it all together. 

ME: I know but I can't, I haven't been able too.

Friend: You can, you just choose not to. 

Me: Thats not what I choose.  I have tried and it didnt work. I've tried multiple times. But its all I think about and all I care about. 

Friend: Well the longer you hold on the you more hurt you're going to be in the end. 

Me: Well I don't know how to get away. I feel like its worth the pain sometimes to keep trying. 


Friend: Still after all of these tears and all the stress and pain its causing you? 

Me: Yes.

Me: Excuse me?
Lady: What you got in your hair for it to be like that?
Me(confused): Ummm Nothing...haha

Me(still confused): Yes...
