Be True To Your School!

Posted by Freda Anderson in STORY-001 on
I'm sitting at my desk in my pjs drawing monsters all over my calculus homework while my gerbil runs around in circles in his little ball on my floor. I'm listening to the Beach Boys' "Be True To Your School"
If I look up from my paper I look straight out of a window that overlooks the street and the houses across the street from me. My neighbor has no blinds in his window and all his lights on. He's sitting right in the middle of his room doing lines of coke off his table all by himself. We live very different lives. Some days this would make me sad, but right now it's just interesting. If it didn't upset the rest of the neighbors, I'd blast the beach boys so he could hear it.
I had a pretty good day today, took another standard this morning and rocked it.
Some photos that caught my eye today:

daily story- may 12

I just finished a mini project/assignment for Globalization that was way late. I'm really proud of myself. I'm learning to break down big, overwhelming tasks into little tiny pieces and take it one step at a time. :]

Math

Posted by Zachary Walls in STORY-001 on
Is there a point to learning new things? Every time i learn something new i forget what we just learned before hand. This gets much more confusing in calculus where everything i ever forgot comes back to bite me in the ass.

That place has everything you would and would'nt think of. Like BACON PASTE!  thats amazing I find myself on this site every day. they also have alot of game figurines but i'm more interesting in the weird and edibles things that they have like Caffinated maple bacon lollipop. You know what else they have they have flipping spy stuff. like a watch that holds 8 gb and double as a flash drive to hide your porn AMAZING! and sunglasses so you can see behind you  and a jar that holds sunlight and moonlight i didn't think it was possible! this is my favorite site now.

Thursday...

Posted by Ralen Robinson in STORY-001 on
I was thinking that I should write a how to book on surviving a bible retreat. In my three years of active participation I  have some things packed down.

First you need to know how to french braid IDK but, white girls love a french braid. You need to have these skill down & be ready for a "Hey gurl can you french my hair"

Second be ready if your a minority to have you named shorted & doubled
Ex. "Hey Rae Rae'

So,

Posted by Megan Doe in STORY-001 on
I'm still mad at my "bestfriend" from last Saturday. I wouldn't consider us "in a fight" because only I've been ignoring her. She text me and said "we should talk" so I think she is coming over today after school. We will see how it goes.

Differences are what make people different

Posted by Kimberlea Talington in STORY-001 on
Honestly, I'm getting really tired of having to hear the same crap over and over again. Just because someone likes something that you don't, doesn't give you the right to be a jerk (for lack of a better word) and disrespect, slander and dis it. I am very much so tired of here this all the time and I'm really fed up with it. I don't care if you don't like what I like! I don't care what you think anymore! I like what I like and everyone will like different things! If you don't like it then go sit in a corner, stare at the wall and shut your face, because I'm not tolerating bashing anymore

Vacationing in Delaware again this year!

Posted by Rachel Patterson in STORY-001 on
I LOVE REHOBOTH BEACH!

Last summer and two summers before that, my family was invited to my mom's friend's beach house on Rehoboth Beach for a few days.

I swear, this is the most ideal place to get away from reality and spend a little time focusing on de-stressing.

And we get to go again this summer!

YESSSSSSSSSSSS!

Here are a few pictures from last year!

Cat Naps and Documentaries

Posted by Emma Connell in STORY-001 on
I've discovered how useful and powerful cat naps can be. They really do rejuvenate you. I've been taking cat naps every day this week and feel F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S.

My mom lost my school ID and now I have to pay for a new one.

I watched a documentary about lions, tigers, leopards, and cheetahs and Netflix. Apparently when a lion digs it claws into it's pray it hooks into the skin and it's impossible for it's meal to escape from it's latch. I also started to watch a documentary about dreams, but I only got 5 minutes into it because I feel asleep and started dreaming.
