I spent hours in the orthodontist this morning doing what, you might ask? getting my braces off!!! I was so ready... it's been a looooong four years.

When I got them on freshman year, they said oh yeah definetely by sophomore or junior year you'll have them off since this is your second time having braces.

Junior year comes along- "we'll see". Junior Prom gets closer- "oh yeah, definetely before your prom don't worry about it". After Junior prom is over- "Sorry it's taking so long but I promise you they'll be off before senior year".

Senior year- "I know I promised you before senior year but this way it can be your christmas present!" January- "We're getting close to getting them off soon- you should be getting really excited". March- "next time you come in, we'll take them off!". April- "oh, we're just taking the back 4 off today, come back a month later and we'll take off the rest of them." May- "Yay you're getting them off today!! Only, we're putting permanent braces on the back of your teeth so they never ever move!!" -.- It's a bittersweet moment.

Portal 2

I am in love with this game even though it's just puzzles and brain teasers. I only love it for the villain. which is Glados and her sound bits. the things she really says is very amusing and entertaining. " Did you know that people with a guilty conscience tend to be frightened by loud noises?" a train noise was played " I'm sorry i don't know where that came from"  even though she's just  artificial intelligence with a personality and brain mapping of a person. she makes a good villain. I enjoy this game very much. not as much as sonic though still my top favorite.

My new favorite thing.

My two favorite sandwiches to get from WaWa is the meatball sandwich or the pepperoni cheese melt. Last night I discovered the pepperoni hoagie. It has pepperoni, cheese and tomato sauce (the same exact kind used on the meatball sandwich and it's the best part). I am convinced it was made for me.

Sooo Tired.

Posted by Freda Anderson in STORY-001 on
I'm really tired... I worked doing tree trimming for 7 hours. Apparently guys, in the tree trimming business, "bunch of headaches" means that you're going to throw some chopped branches from the tree. Random right? So I haven't talked to my brother in a while, like going on a month. Now and again though I will catch his activity on facebook or whatever. This is his most recent profile picture... Honestly, he looks scary. He looks angry and dead just like the last time I saw him. It makes me want to be sick and cry at the same time. I want my brother back, and I'm losing him.

Old

Posted by Emma Connell in STORY-001 on
Did a night hike. It was short. Only two miles. My dog, Oreo, was having some trouble, so we turned around. She's getting old. I'm starting to worry about her. She has trouble keeping up with us, she has doggy arthritis, she snorts, and she produces stinky farts; which apparently a lot of older dogs do. She's an old dog now. Crap. I don't want her to get old, she might die soon. Hope I'm away in college when does.

Help me get back on track of things, I free like I'm losing everything that I've worked for. I want to get up, I need to get up, I have to get up before its to late......

Really Though?

Homeless people.

How many have to come up to me in the morning and ask me for change before they realize that I barely have enough change for myself?

Come on now.

Don't you see me paying for my fruit salad in pennies?

lmao.

This is what if feels like living paycheck to paycheck.

Fun Convo's (5/2)

There are many people who you can say the standard introductory words to and proceed on with life but there are only a few specific people that you can uphold a out of the blue conversation with about life in general. There are few people who you can remember most events that are taking place in that persons life, and ask that person about them while they enthusiastically tell them to you. I am glad to have found yet one more person like this in my life. :]
