SLA is an inquiry-driven, project-based 21st Century school with a 1:1 laptop program. At SLA, we believe that learning should not stop with the school walls or the end of the of the school day. We believe learning should -- and does -- happen 24/7/365.

Curriculum Sequence:

Math and Spanish are not grade-specific, rather dependent upon where students are at the time they come to SLA. There are no honors / non-honors classes - all classes are heterogeneously grouped

Seniors are required to come up with their own essential questions for the culminating assignment called "Capstone". Their ideas grow out of the mission and vision for the SLA and SLA's core values.
