Amayah Woodard Capstone

My Senior Capstone is on Self Worth & Self Confidence. I made a video and interviewed one of my peers to get their views on self confidence, self worth and how they conquered their issues. I find it very important and I feel as though you should always love yourself through anything. I had to learn that as I faced those challenges of low self esteem and low confidence in elementary school. Feeling that way and not believing in yourself can affect everything that you do. I learned when people put you down and treat you differently is because of their own insecurities of themselves Having self confidence and self worth is a great thing to have and I also have to learn that I was enough. So I say to you over and over again do not put yourself down but instead encourage yourself and know that you are great. These are two major factors that are very important in today's society. so many women go through these things. Studies show there are 75% of women that go through self confidence. Self confidence can come from many things It can come from a situation or even social media it dictates how we should look or even feel. One of the reasons why I chose this topic is because it is very prevalent in today's society and I also had to overcome some of those issues. I also wanted to share with other young women that they are confident and to know their self worth.
