I really enjoyed reading your piece. I felt like it dragged on a little bit, but your storytelling really made up for that and I enjoyed "being there" with you. The big understanding definitely wasn't the selling point of the essay, not to say it wasn't a charming or adequate moral, just the experience threw this essay out of the park.

You are a very good storyteller and it really explains very nicely what you were doing in a way that kept me engaged.
