While this cartoon is highly biased in its approach, it does a good job of explaining the relationship between the FED (Federal Reserve Bank), the US Govt and the taxpayer. It approaches the age-old debate between regulation and deregulation, state vs federal authority, and private vs. public control of our markets. Lots of questions should follow.
