Explanation:
In order to ask/tell someone the date or month, you have to know:
- How to say the months
- How to pronounce them correctly
- How to spell them
When writing the date, it goes Day/Month/Year
(Ex. 23/10/12)
Dates
If you went to a hispanic country and asked for the date, it would sound something like this...
"¿Cuál es la fecha de hoy?"
"Hoy es el (number day) de (month)."
Ex. "¿Cuál es la fecha de hoy?"
"Hoy es el cinco de mayo." ....
That dialogue was basically saying "What's today's date?" and the response was "The fifth of May"
Here's a set a words you can try out...
