Jovan Lewis Election Day Interviews
(Unfortunately there is no audio or Video on my interviews. Attached is an Image of the Poll that I went to for my interviews.)
I interviewed 2 people: A Woman named Stacie McIntosh and a man named Philip Bonner Jr.
1. What motivated you to come out and vote?
I felt as if it was my duty.
Because we live in a democracy.
2. What would you like to see changed in our political system?
Equality for minorities.
Political systems getting along like Chris Christie and president Obama did during Hurricane Sandy.
3. Do you vote in every election? (How regularly do you vote?)
Yes
Yes
4. Do you know why we vote on Tuesday?
No, I don't.
Didn't it have something to do with the colonial days and the farmers? <Yes>
5. Where have you encountered the highest amount of ad campaigning? Radio, TV, Print, internet, other.

6. What was the most memorable campaign ads that you have encountered?
Colin Powell's Campaign Ad.
7. Are you always sure of who you are going to vote for when you walk into the booth, or are you still deliberating?
I always know who I voting for.
8. What changes do you hope to see in Philadelphia as a result of this election?
Mayor Nutter get a 3rd term & reduced violence in the city.
9. What impact do you feel that your vote will have on the election?
It's a cliche but it's right, "Every Vote Counts"
10. Did you learn about voting in school? If yes, did that impact your willingness to vote today?
I learned from my parents first.
