SLA Ultimate Rocks the State Championship!
Congratulations to the Girls and Boys Ultimate Frisbee teams for their performance at the State Championships this weekend! The teams headed to Slippery Rock University on a midnight bus after the Senior Prom to compete at States. The Girls team placed third in the state behind seniors Nikki Adeli, Amani Bey, Amy Chen and Imani Holness. The boys finished 11th with 13 seniors on the roster - KaBoni Bailey, Brian Birkmire, True Black, Kenyatta Bundy, Marcus Burrell, Teion Ensley-Ellerbe, Traevon Gray, Timmy Ingram, Alhaji Koita, Pierce Luck, Julian Makarechi, Chris Tran, and Richard Yoeun.
Congratulations to both teams and to all the graduating seniors on an amazing SLA career!
