I learned a lot about the literal and figurative meaning about specific sentences, which was unique because it also tied into the author’s intent and writing style. I also learned lots of information about the plot. As for your podcast, I enjoyed your intro song and intro in general. The song itself built up the anticipation for the podcast, which was nice. As for the rest of the podcast, I liked that you started it off with a summary of what you would be talking about. It really set the tone for everything and prepared me for the content. Overall, you guys did a really nice job!

I really like the way this podcast is structured. The book clearly has an interesting pattern of using the sentences to frame the chapters, and I like how that is what you chose to focus on. This is so clever because it gives us a literal and figurative look into each chapter without having to go into crazy detail, and it gives you a chance to set up the context. Really nice job with your format, context, personalities, and contributions. Nice work!

I enjoyed how you guys summarized the book or the section that you read and smoothly incorporated the figurative and literal meanings of the sections and how it was interpreted, it was very straightforward and easy to follow. I also liked how everyone had a chance to speak and no one interrupted each other and just let each other speak.

You guys do a very good job of breaking the story down entirely. It was very clear and I think of all the books, this is the one I'd want to read the most. Discussing it chapter-by-chapter is a good method for this book and it makes the podcast easier to follow and much more enjoyable.

  1. You literally dissected each literal and figurative element chapter by chapter. I was able to get a massive amount of information.
  2. I liked how each person had a turn to speak and the theme music.

I echo what Alex said about the descriptive nature of this podcast, and how smooth everything was, especially with the music. I gained knowledge of how important the first line of a chapter is. It literally sets up a chain of events and envelops a bigger meaning. I like how smooth the audio is, and how easy it is to understand everyone's voice. With music added into there, I think this was very professional sounding, and definitely was one that I will listen to again.

I liked that you described how the layout of the book is and what that meaning may mean. The transition from who is speaking was very smooth and going through the chapters as the reader may be reading the book was good and different instead of starting off with an overall summary.

I liked how you incorporated the music, in the beginning, it catches the attention of the listeners. Giving the listener the personal opinions of the cast of the podcast was interesting to see all the different ways everything can be taken and thought of.
