TechWorks@SLA is where students and teachers go physically to get tech. support. There are many supports online, however, there are people to help in room 301.
- 1st - restart your machine,
- 2nd - check that all wires are properly plugged in
- 3rd - Google the problem
- 4th - Create a ticket, click on Tools > Mojo Helpdesk, when you are logged into SLATE.
