Negative Space

1. Negative space is the opposite of positive space. It's the spaces in between objects, not the object itself.
2. I found the negative space by drawing the object, but coloring in everything but the object. For the cutout, I just cut out on side of one piece of paper and used everything i cut and pasted it on each side like I was supposed to.
3. It helps because it can give them a better view of the art and it can give them ideas to make better paintings. It gives them a better view of the object or objects they're painting.

4. Not really because seeing the negative space is like seeing the positive space. It doesn't enhance a drawing any better.
