In order to answer someone’s question about the date you must know

 

1)    The days of the week

2)    How to say today is….

3)    How to say tomorrow is…..

 

 

 

The days of the week are . . . .

Sunday

domingo

Monday

lunes

Tuesday

martes

Wednesday

 miércoles

Thursday

jueves

Friday

viernes

Saturday

sábado

 

*The days of the week began in LOWER CASE letters, the opposite of the English days of the week.

 

Answering questions

 

How to answer the question Qué dia es hoy? (what day is it?) . .

Today is. . . .

Hoy es ….. (lunes ,martes) etc.

 

How to answer the question Qué dia es manana ? (what day is it tomorrow?)

Tomorrow is…

Manana es….(lunes , martes) etc.

 

 

Now put it together, you can answer someone when they ask cuál es la fecha de hoy?
