I am asking Mayor Michael Nutter  to subsidize the the cost for communities to purchase vacant lots from the city of Philadelphia for beautification purposes.

Your topic was very unique. i really enjoyed you wanted to make new gardens with our old lots. You should probably research the cost of the project as well as make the websites more interesting.
