Negative Space
2. I found the negative space in my cut out by comparing the pieces on one side to the other showing what is negative space and what is not. For the stool it was easy to see what areas around the stool that could be filled in and the areas that can't.
3. Negative space helps the author see the drawling better. It helps the artist figure out which parts or the drawling needs to be shaded in the picture and what is the outline.
4. I think drawling in negative space helps enhance the drawling because it makes the drawling pop out and makes it cooler to see the drawling.
Negative Space
Negative space is the opposite of an object that is drawn. It is all the space that is around your drawing. For example if you draw a lamp all the negative space is around the lamp.
In my stool drawing I found negative space where there wasn’t any stool. For example, I found negative space between the legs of the stool. The rest of the negative space was basically in the background of the stools. In my cut out, all the negative space was found in all the light areas of the picture.
Negative space helps artist draw the shapes for each drawing. I do think it enhances drawings because it makes positive space stand out. Also I think it looks cooler.

Emmanuel Kouadio Negative Space Project Q4 Art
In my opinion negative space is a area of a image or drawing that isn't apart of the drawing and it allows you to focus more on the drawing by the shapes and colors around it.

Wynn Geary Negative Space
Negative space is essentially the opposite of what you are used to draw. It allows you to focus on the shape of the object you are drawing opposed to say, texture.
"Explain how you found negative space"
In my drawing I just drew as normal then I erased any lines inside my "positive space" then i colored in the background and any holes where you could see the background. In my cut out, I found it really easy, I was shadowing last year at the same time they were doing this, so I found this really easy.
It helps the artist see the shape of what they are drawing
I personaly dont think so, I prefer
