Over I think that the presentation was good, the website is a bit confusing and needs to be touched, up on where you want to go with this petition. Additionally I believe that you should do what I was doing in class where there is a different slider for each amount of individuals in the house and the multiplier should be like 1.8-2x the house hold income of a single individual. When you go to the peco building or city hall, what are you going to say we don't like your plan, because it was just put in place… Maybe have a plan on how they could expand on it over time. Won't peco lose money from this? find another benifit from doing this… Do they get tax rebates or subsidies….

Alisha Kenisha Rugei:

Petition : They want a "sliding" scale that applies to more people.

Confused: What do they mean by a sliding scale? One that applies to people that just feel as though they need more help?

Areas for improvement: Make their lobby simpler, and clearer. (I understand that the elligibility provides a discount) So should there be multiple scales(two or three, instead of one), not necessarily a sliding scale. They are contacting PECO, and plan to contact someone in city hall.
