History of Nightclubs

I thought raves were where they would just go and destroy, everything, like a riot, is this true? Where these only in big cities?

What was “the thing” in 1920’s in parties? When did drugs come in the play, in parties I mean?

How does the night club scene affect the economy? Do you think television limits the drug use in the clubs because people can see them?

Stonewall got closed because "The government persecuted sexual minorities" and it was a place where sexual minorities hung out. Drugs make things nicer, colors brighter and everything gets messed up in this drug haze much like drinking it is a night enhancer and people would take them and go dance and the drugs would make it better.

They did not evolve in the clubs but gained a lot of life in the clubs. This was in a time when it was not okay to be gay I beleive they could get locked up for doing stuff in public, anyway the police got a tip and went to raid it and normally the club would get a tip and clean out but this night they did not and it got raided and the club goers were just done.

I cannot be sure but in my mind knowledge is power so there is a chance that these flyers changed lives. (BTW to anyone reading this I just remembered I forgot the pamphlets, does anyone know if they are still in the class?)

Why did the stonewall get closed down? Why did drugs get so big in the club scene?

Did the drugs and alcohol evolved with the nightclubs? Why was the gay nightclub got raided? Other than the fact that the people in there are gay.

How effective do you think the pamphlets were back in the 80's at the time when people were using drugs in clubs?
