We started by reading the quotes and then going around and talking about the chapters and how they related to the quotes.

What we discussed:
We answered all the questions from the first podcast and we talked about why companies are allowed to do things like have misleading information. We also talks about how people can change things on graphs to make it look better than it actually is. To go along with that, both of us found a misleading graph and talked about them.

How we discussed it:
We just had a conversation on the chapters.

Conflicts:
We didn't have any conflicts.

Questions that came up:
Why are companies allowed to do that?
Why don't companies spend their money on actually make good products than spending money trying to make the products look good?

Group members present: Ashley Spells, Bailey Britton, Timothy Ingram, Reginald Simmons (all of us). 

What we discussed: chapters one and two (questions we had, things we agreed with, were confused about, etc.). 

The form of our discussion: we hosted an open discussion in which any group member could call out or respond to others' reflections. 

Conflicts, disagreements: we had none of those. Any points of confusion within the discussion were dealt with by other group members. We all seemed to agree with each other, for the most part. 

Questions that came up as a result of the discussion: I guess one question that we had was, "if this is the wrong way to do things, then what's the right way?"

What your club discussed 
In the discussion we talked about what the author points were in each chapter. Something that we always wanted to manage in the discussion, was making sure each main point was met. We talked about the points we didn’t understand we used that to our advantage it indeed helped move the discussion along.

How you discussed it
It was an open floor for all of us to speak. It really was all hands on deck for everyone to talk.
