As in presentation zen video I made my new slide background image bleed, contrast in the color to catch to audience attention, rules of the third, and large words. 

On my old slide I had contrast in the color and large words.

I liked the first slide I made, but I couldn't fight the feeling that there was something missing. I added a picture of myself. I thought that the contrast on the old slide was an overload of color, so I toned it down some. I made a more unique font, with a single poppable color. I took out the pie chart because it was just too much information at once.

I used contrast in the yellow words on red background. I used empty space where there is nothing in the upper-left and kinda rule of thirds in my picture. I used 3 different colors not including the picture.

I learned how to move the picture to front and back and how to use altha thats about it.

This was my first post and its theme was "To Be Awesome". I took a picture of me with two thumbs to represent doing a good job. The lighting was suppose to represent awe inspiring and same for the volcano.

This is my second and final version of my slide. this slide was based on the same as the first but i used the zen websites rubric. the word are bigger and in contrast to the background so that it catches the viewers eyes. I changed the background to the volcano to still represent awesomeness. 

So in the Presentation zen video, they talked about how to make a good slide. Some things it talked about were the rule of thirds and catching your audiences eye. Saying that you should use contrast colors, or simple but appealing fonts are good things to try.

On the first slide i created, i failed to uphold the concept of drawing eyes to my slide. I created a very generic, and lifeless slide. I think my main problem was because i was so very use to the standard slides when I did them in middle school. All i did was get my pictures, and draw them to the frames, and fill-in the pre-done slide. 

On the new slide I created I got more creative. I used three picture to describe myself, with the middle one slightly bigger than the rest. I changed the font for a more attractive feel. I used the repetitive concept for the logos on the bottom to bring out the quote. And my main features where how i faded the pictures, and slightly reflected them onto my name.

I changed my second slide by getting rid of my name. I enlarged both of the pictures and made them different sizes to move you eyes from one to the other. Then I took my quote and put the first half on top of the smaller image. Then the second part on the left corner of the other picture. Then I chose a different font for the quote and changed the color to make a contrast between the colors and the pictures. I also, made the second picture my background. This was all i changed and i am very satisfied with m new slide.
