I don't think the USPS will ever regain what it was. I'm not sure what will happen. Maybe they'll work together someday or the postal service will go away. Depends on people
You don't need a seal ring to stamp the wax. Mainly the rich folk had the money to get rings and seal it nicely, but you could also just put a drop of wax without the stamp. Yes, mail gets lost all the time. By lost I mean its read wrong by the computers, and then people can step in and try to read what the address is. If they can't figure it out it goes back to the sender. I'm not sure of the probability.
Umm, haha. I agree I think people are getting lazy and they don't want to go outside and buy stuff. Of course you need internet to send email, but you need money to send mail. I'm not sure why they don't put up a fight. I think they get help from the government too.
For me, old fashion is better. Even thought email takes just seconds to send, it's not a unique thing. Email is personal but a card is a bit more personal.
Of course, like if you get a happy birthday card, wouldn't that make you happy?
I choose this because email is something we use everyday and we don't tend to think about it that much. I don't quite know what you mean by the second question.
Ha, no. It's like little stickies of adhesive that when you lick it, it's sticky. And before the USPS there used to be the Pony express and people would send it with horse and buggies.
Do you think there will be a way for the US postal to regain all the business they lost because of email? Will email be with us forever or in due time will we lose the postal service?
Does every family back then has to have a family emblem or some sort to use for wax stamp?
Has there been a lot of mails not delivered because it got lost? If so how and what is the probability of it getting to the person?
Before I even get to the question, I wanna bring your attention to the question that Khalil asked. Literally laughing my brains out right now. Anyways, back to the thing. Why do you think that people not use the postal service anymore… besides the fact that it's easier to email and it's like better, really? I would think that people are just plain lazy. Also, why doesn't the postal service put up more of a fight to keep the old fashioned way of mail going?
