The process that i followed was in line with our school's core curriculum, Research, Inquiry, Collaboration, Presentation and reflection. I Inquired on a way to help the school in a way and manner that could be continued even after I have left SLA. After doing a little bit of research into the different problems into the school   I found that the school while in poor condition most things could not be worked on or fixed. I then realized the most obvious answer was right in front of me, all of the tables,  furniture and chairs in the school are either broken or non accessible.

What I wanted to do was create a way for other students to make furniture to improve their school environment. This Capstone not only has a physical representation of all the work but a guide to help future students.  What I hope to accomplish is to complete 2 Benches for the 3rd floor Hallway. (Adjacent to Hull’s Room) I will also complete a table for the ballroom on the 3rd floor. 1 Benches will accompany the table this will fully furnish the 3rd floor area. I will also complete a detailed guide on how to create each of these things on your own so that future students can repair or replace the old furniture.

I believe that this will help students improve their school and understand the work needed to create the different mechanisms that they often destroy, giving purpose and reason to the object. The four assignments that I had to do was a self portrait, bat cut outs, a free draw, and a ceiling tile. To create my projects, I made sections on my pages and ceiling tile. On my ceiling tile, I cut the board into 4 sections. From the origin i could then draw the facial features of the character that I painted. For my self portrait i divided my head into six parts to create my eyes, nose and mouth. Everything else that I added to my face would follow from space. My free drawing is a picture of Athena. She has a shield on her left hand, spear in her right hand, and an owl on her left shoulder. For some reason I wanted to just draw my visualization of her. My ceiling tile had a little more thought, I decided to paint a character from Clash of Clans. Clash of Clans is one of my favorite mobile games and i believe it best represents me. For the bat cut outs I tried to form a bat symbol just so add a little extra to the assignment. In my self portrait, i used a symbol pose to achieve a full resemblance of me. My shading of my skin is not accurate but my facial feature match completely.

Dia Uno:

Mi nombre es Jared y un cardo es Jt. Soy estudiante de Science LeaderShip Academy. Tengo catorce años y muy inteligente. Esta cerca de central de filadelfia el TFI. Es muy technologia y divertida. Hay quinientos estudiantes y Cuatro pisos. Tenemos baloncesto y fútbol participó en ingeniería y Karate.

Dia Dos:

Ingeniería y español  son mi clases favoritas porque son muy divertidas e interesantes.  En las clases necesitamos unos lápices, una computadora  y una mochila. En la  clase de ingenieria  leemos libros y escribimos papeles. En la  clase de espanol hablamos espanol. Para tener éxito en estas clases tenemos que prestar mucha atención.

Dia Tres:

Voy en escribir sobre los profesores Señorita Manuel, Señorita Thompson, Señor Kay y Señor V.K. Viven en filadelfia. La Srta Manuel es de puerto Rico y ensena espanol. Ella es cómica y intelligente. En su clase hablamos en espanol . Español es dificil para mi pero Srta Manuel es una buena profesora. Sr Kay es ensana inglés y el entrenador de baloncesto. Inges es más difícil que espanol para mi. no escribo bien pero mis amigos me ayudan.

Dia Cuatro:

Lo que más me gusta de SLA es los ordenadores y la tecnología de la escuela. Me le gusta tecnologia porque es muy interesante. No me gusta a los profesores en mi clases de inglés y biochemica porque ellos son aburridos. Me gusta Espanol e ingeniería. Tenemos que trabajar duro en SLA pero la escuela es fantástica.
