My notebook has given me a space to freely write down material in class. I have used it for annotations, journals, and much more. It is an efficient way to keep track of notes for English. Next quarter I intend to use my notebook more and get better at labeling my notes, which has been a recurring issue.

My notebook has helped me learn this quarter since it allows me to write my ideas down without ever dying on me. To maximize its potential I’ll start to mark down/colorize important ideas, so they can be seen more often. Link Text

In the final podcast we discuss the authors intent. At the end of the book we see that Balram has gone full circle, becoming the rich business man that he hated and murder yet he still feels free. We also talk about how he justifies his action and whether or not his reasoning are valid.
My notebook has helped me through this quarter because I completed my goal of getting more notes and being part of discussions. I wasn’t aware of what I was note taking in the first quarter but now I am more confident in taking more notes and writing important information down. I plan to max out my potential by finding new strategies to take notes. For example I should use highlights to mark down important info or outline the topic we are discussing to make it the main part of the page. Definitely there is more to come in Q3 so I hope to change and be better at note taking.
In this week’s final episode we discussed the author’s intent. We talked about how trauma was passed on in the book as well as how the story was told impacted how we understood it. Hope you enjoy!
