Tomato Pizcadores/ Tomato Pickers

 

 

The sun beats down on us like an overseer towards its slave.

Relentless and cruel we still work under its wrath,

Some days with little water or food,

Other days with nothing but the tomatoes, buckets, earth, sky, sun and us.

We work for little pay and long hours,

Only for them to charge people more than our labor.

We could quit,

But that would run the risk of our families

And that’s too great of a risk.

For some of us would rather die in the fields then let our families starve.

Only if the people knew about this,

It would still help.

 

 

La sol golpea abajo en nosotros semejante un sustantivo su esclavo.

Implacable y brutal nostoros todavia trabaja debajo su ira,

Algunos dios con pequeño agua o comida,

Otro dios con nunca pero los tomoatos, cubos, tierra, cielo, sol y nosotros.

Nosotros trabajo para paga pequeño y largo horas,

Sólo para ellos a cargo personas mas de nuestro trabaja.

Nosotros podría deja,

Pero entonces nosotros podría corre el riesgo de nuestro familias.

Y el riesgo es muy grande.

Para algunos de moremos antes mira sus familia morir de hambre.

Sólo si la personas sabieron sobre este,

¿Quien es el profesor/la prefesora?: La profesor de bioquemica es senor Sherif. Senor Sherif es muy divertida, comico, y bajo. Me gusta la calse de bioqiemica ¿Y a ti? ¿Te gusta la clase de bioquemica?

¿Cuando?: Tengo la clase todos dias menos jueves.
¿Que hacen en la clase?: Nosotros escribir, estudiar, y trabaja
¿Que necesitan?: Necesitan el lapiz, la pluma, y computadora
¿Quien es el profesor/la prefesora?: La profesora de algebra es senorita Garvey. Senorita Garvey es baja y seria.

This assignment was about your daily routine. Describing step by step what you do in spanish. You have to make sure you conjugate, know the vocabulary. The vocabulary was things that were in the bathroom, what you do in the morning, items, and other things you use in your daily routine. I enjoyed this project alot. It was fun taking a pictures.

• That my routine was constant and very interesting. Makes me laugh how I do the same thing. but never noticed.
• Conjugating. I do it very well.
• Right now im reflection on my project. Collaboration was used when my peers edited my benchmark.  Inquiry was used when I made my thought process about imovie. Research I studied the packet, and words.
• I would actually add a video of  me doing these things instead of pictures.

The project was to make a video or comic shpwing how we start and do during our day and describe it in spanish.

What I learned doing this is how long my day actually is, and how to use words in spanish to describe time, schedules, actions, new ways of conjugating, rules and helpful cheats to make it easier to remember. I had a better understanding of using Imovie at the end of this project and learned how much I actually repeat steps in a day like how many times I brush my hair or shower. Overall I got a better hold on the spanish language.
