¡Hola! Let's Learn Our El Alfabeto!

Knowing the Spanish alphabet is just as important as knowing the English Alphabet. It has many uses and many reasons. I am going to teach you how to be able to spell out words in both English and Spanish and so that you can easily interpret what is being said through spelling. Use the chart below to see how the Alphabet is written in Spanish.
spanish_alphabet_410x200
spanish_alphabet_410x200
In the video below, we are demonstrating how when you are meeting someone who is very fluent in Spanish and you want to learn the Alphabet, you guys can study together and learn the Alphabet the right way.

Tu v.s usted

In spanish convertations, keep in mind how to show proper respect to others.
Tu is used for a causal way of talking, were as usted is used in a more formal way.
Tu you would basically use when you are talking to peers, friends, or anyone the same age as you. Usted is used when you talk to someone with an important title (say, the president) an adult, or someone older than you.

Here's an example between to friends-

Here is a situation where a student would like to know what day the quiz is on.

How to get someone's phone number

In order to get someone's phone number you must know:

-How to ask "What is your phone number?"

-The numbers in general.

To ask someone for their number you cuål es tu (su if adult) numero de teléfono? "This means what is your phone number?"

The numbers are 1-9 so the person's answer will be in uno, dos, tres, cuatro, cinco, seis, siete, ocho, or nueve. The numbers will never go 10 or higher.
After getting help for a homework a student ask for his friends number.

Hoy es el # de _______(mes) : It’s the # of ______(month)

EXAMPLES:

 es el veintiuno de mayo

(It’s the 21st of May)

 es el once de junio

(It’s the 11th of June)

Video Task Introduction:

I was in mexico, and a boy name Brycen came up to me and asked what was the date of today and I responded back in Spanish to him saying the date was October 24. Here’s a video of something like this:

The Common Courtesy

Have you ever wondered how you can be polite and well mannered to Spanish people around you? Being polite requires sayings like “excuse me”, “thank you”, “your welcome”, “please”, “farewell”, and many more. And here, this lesson will teach you how you can speak/pronounce and write courtesy phrases.

Imaged if you were on the bus and you need to get off, you would politely like to say "Excuse me" in spanish to a lady who was speaking spanish on the phone earlier. Or you are in a store will a spanish spoken cashier, it'll be polite if you said "thank you" in spanish to the young man.

The links below will show you how to ask the weather in spanish, ask about time, and how to say proper greetings:
