This wall is located at 1350 Vernon Rd, just about 4 or 5 blocks from my house. This specific wall is the side of the nun's house, where there used to be nuns there who taught of at the school not that long ago. They used to teach the students that attended the school, and they went to mass, which is church, with the faculty and students, I believe once a month. St. Raymond's School is indeed a catholic school, and somehow they managed to talk about religion and every class, even classes that don't have much to do with words, like math and music. They are very proud of their school, as they sell merchandise and give away plenty of things when there are events. These events are very important to St. Raymond, as it makes people join together from different neighborhoods and celebrate the occasion.

-Louisa May Alcott, el autor de Little Woman.
-Bill Cosby, comediante, actor, músico, autor y posiblemente criminal.

I would put my mural on the wall of a school I used to go to in Fishtown. A few blocks away from where this building is Penn Treaty Park which is where William Penn and the Native American Lenape tribe signed a treaty of amity and friendship. Fishtown was originally a small section of Kensington but because of the high population of fishermen and fish venders, it was nicknamed Fishtown and the name just stuck. The first people who lived here where German, but in the 1900s Italian,Polish, and Irish immigrants moved in. The neighborhood has been a working class neighborhood since it was founded with many of it's residents living in poverty. Now it's undergoing gentrification with higher living costs and more art and entertainment establishments.

If I were to have a mural or to create a mural or any type of art work I would want it to be somewhere in this alley, because I wouldn't want my art to be easily discovered. I didn't see this "Electric Light Mural" until I looked around and looked closely down streets that wasn't a main street. I would want my art to be something kind of sacred and would need or require some type of adventure to find. Because it would mean that whatever art that I wanted to create was found through adventure and fun.

I would put a mural on this high school in Mt. Airy. A lot of the values that this neighborhood has is focused on education and diversity. For example, there are numerous schools open for people of any race. In fact, there is also a Pennsylvania School for the Deaf, which is aimed at helping educate hearing-impared students. This mural would help emphasize how education is important to the lives of everybody, and putting it on a school can help convey that message even more.

This mural is located at 1531 West Girard Ave. It was completed on October 1,2004.  It is called "A Celebration of Poetry." Presta honores al viaje del poeta afroamericano.  Mural Arts Philadelphia stated "Beginning in Africa, the central placement of two strong women – one pouring water into the ground, and the second playing a musical instrument – starts the poet’s path. The trek winds on through the cotton fields of America, and then rises to the corner where blues and jazz musicians are playing. The journey culminates in the present day with a poetry reading, inviting passersby to sit and listen for a while. Woven within the vibrant colors are phrases from six different poets, highlighting both the imagery and the words that are so important to a poet’s life."

I would place my mural on a frankford-transportation train. This would make my mural more unique and obviously mobile so that it will be able to make an impact to people not just in my neighborhood but in a bunch of neighborhoods in philly. This could also in a business perspective of how this mural would help for SEPTA be able to attract more people by placing well designed art on there transportation vehicles. This would also be able to employ artists in neighborhoods that are lower income.
