When I was in 8th grade, I lost my most precious pet.  His name was White Cloud and he was a white/yellow/blue/green parakeet.  This bird was my absolute life.  I know it may seem odd that such a small animal could mean so much to a person.  Sometimes I feel like people will never understand how much I value animals, especially parakeets.

White Cloud was given to me by my grandma for my 8th birthday.  When he was six years old, he was suddenly diagnosed with cancer.  The veterinarians said that he had a large tumor in his abdomen that was pressing against some major nerve endings.  Veterinarians at the Penn Animal Hospital were unable to save him after putting him under anesthesia.  He was taken off of life support right before my eyes.  Right before he passed, he waved his wing once with a solemn "goodbye" and took his final breath.

That day, I remember going home with my mom and placing his empty cage back up on the table.  We thought that having the cage there would help ease some of the pain.  However, it only made things worse.

Unable to bear the feeling of losing my beloved bird, we decided to go out and buy a new parakeet that day.  This is when I found little Tiger.

Tiger looked exactly like White Cloud when we found him at the pet store.  He was all white and very shy.  We took him home, cleaned out the cage, and welcomed him into our household.

Over the next few months, my pain began to diminish as Tiger grew closer and closer to my heart.  He began to do many of the same things that White Cloud did, like jump on the side of the cage for kisses and bark at unfamiliar objects.  He also loved staring at himself in the mirror and being picky over what seeds to eat.  He even began to change into the same colors as White Cloud as he molted throughout the seasons.

Since then, Tiger has become the spitting image of White Cloud.  I honestly feel like he is White Cloud in a second life.  I could not ask for a better pet parakeet to cherish as much as I did White Cloud.

After school yesterday Rumman and I went to olive Garden to eat and just hang out. After eating we went to 15^th street to take the L to go home. While on the L an African American family got on they were about six and as soon as they got on our cart that was once quit got loud. The father atomically told this guy to move over so that his dad can sit. Rumman and I looked at each other like what, like it was rude the way in which he asked the guy to move over. And that wasn’t even the bad part. Since there were six of them two of them sat in front of us, another two sat behind us, and the last two sat across from us. So Rumman and I were boxed in like they were talking so loud and listening to music with out and head earphones they were acting as if they were in their own private vehicle. It was a mess and the other people that were on the L began to talk about them I swear if they were my family I would have acted as if I didn’t know them lol.

I when I woke up this morning I did not feel good at all. I had a headache so I decided since we get out early today anyway I’d just stay home and take some medicine and sleep it off. Five hours later when I woke back up I felt much better so I got out of bed took a shower got dress and started doing my homework and other assignments. I’m glad that I stayed home and got some rest and a lot of my work done and I feel great!

This is me doing a monologue, my character name is Joan. Basely she is confronting her best friend about something that happen almost a year ago and how she felt

Okay what is wrong with the School District? I woke up this morning took a shower got dress and started doing my hair when my little cousin said you don’t have to get ready. I asked her why and she replied because we don’t have school. So I ask why? And she said because of the snow. What snow? You mean it snowed last night and she said yes. So I stop doing my hair and went to look out the window, and I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. I mean I do wear glasses. You mean we got a day off school because of this? Really like not even a two-hour delay but a whole day off. No this can’t possibly be true so I grabbed my laptop and typed in the Google search engine Philadelphia School District and clicked on the like and this is what it read…

“Due to the inclement weather, all School District of Philadelphia schools are closed Tues, Feb 22. Also closed for all 12-month principals and assist principals.”

This is B.S Schools got cancel for like about a 1/12 of snow are you kidding me? We better not get days taken away from our Spring break due to this bull because this was their fault and not ours we all could have went to school today instead of staying home.

For my capstone project I’m creating a business plan for my boutique. So far everything seems to be falling into place. I’ve been on track with my outline in fact I’ve done all the part that I needed to and now I’m doing other parts that’s due later dates.  But for some reason I’ve been stuck on the Executive Summary for the past two days and don’t know what to write. But to my surprise today when I opened my Google doc and began to write I could not stop myself and ended up write four pages before stopping.  I hope this continues until my entire project is completed.

This weekend my cousin was over he was in the basement playing video games. And I was upstairs in my room watching one of my Korean dramas went suddenly the Internet went off. I was like what the hell just happen? I was in the middle of the good part like Mary was about to find out about who kidnapped her boyfriend. Like really, really, so I went down stairs to see what was wrong.  The light wasn’t on but I could still see with the light from the TV. So I bent over to see what was wrong, and I saw that the power plug had came out off the wall. I put the plug back in and just when I began to get up my cousin jumped an screamed while running towards the back door it was the most funniest thing I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t stop laughing, apparently he was in the bathroom when I came downstairs and since it was dark he didn’t see me so when I got up he thought someone had broken in and that’s why he screamed and ran.

………Seven hours later, here I am again, so as you know Rumman, Amber and I went to Maggiano’s for lunch. So for appetizers we ordered the Maggiano's Mozzarella Marinara. And I must admit it was delicious. So we were waiting for our Entrées, I ordered the Linguine Mare, Amber ordered the Mom's Lasagna – Marinara and Rumman ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo. After like 10 to 20 minutes our meals were ready when we saw them our mouth got watery, as soon as the waitress left we began to eat. While eating we asked each other how the food was, Amber replied “mine taste great, how’s yours” she asked? I don’t know but my noodles are underdone I answered. “So is mine” Rumman said, I thought I was the only one.

 

Today is Wednesday and the weather outside is sunny.  Can’t wait to go out with Amber and Rumman. Today after school we’re going to Maggiano’s for lunch. Keep you updated….

For our history benchmark we wrote papers as though we were entering the NHD competition and then we proceeded as such and either made a website, a performance, or a documentary. Earlier today I planned on hanging out with some of my out of school friends. So I got up took a warm shower and got dressed. I had put o my favorite skinny legs jeans with my favorite pink top and my black boots. I got my hair done and I was just waiting for my friends to pick me up. So while waiting I started playing with my little niece but then she began to cry so I was wondering why she was crying. I knew she wasn’t hungry because my older sister had fed her about 30 minutes ago. So I touched her dippers to see if she was wet and bingo she was. I took of her wet dippers but what I did wrong was that I did not make sure that there were dippers in her bag. I had to send my little cousin upstairs to get some and by the time she went upstairs to get it, it was to late. I felt something warm dripping down my legs when I looked down it was my niece and she was peeing. OMG PRECIOUS YOUR DAUGHTER JUST PEED ON MY FAVORITE JEANS!

So today I woke up and I could not get out off bed, my entire body felt so sore. I had to stay in bed for about an hour more before I could finally get myself out off bed. See my sister and I signed up for the gyp in September we went there four days a week but as time went by and I started school and she was working and in school at the same time we began to spent less and less time at the gyp and before we could realize it we had stopped going to the gyp. But this weekend we decided that we would start going again, and we were excited to go and work out again, but what we forgot was the morning after affects. So after 2 and the half of working out at the gym yesterday has caused our entire body to break down. Next time I go back to the gym I’ll make sure I don’t push myself too hard unless I wont wake up for days lol.

Without you, I would not exist.

Omg the only way to like avoid this problem of like splitting  up is to like come together with God. and like love, walk and like talk with god, as one person, and i mean like always stay together and treat each other like you know the good way. Listen don't be a sub. You have to follow what the lord says in his commandments so we can go forward and bring some children into the world and the Lord won't firesub us and neglect us forever. But forreal formal we could sub his commandments. And follow other Gods to help ourselves but I don't want the boul to spaz out and kill us.
