We decided to go with this form of presentation because it easily showed the steps in which it takes for a group or an individual to obtain systematic change. We were able to answer the first essential question and said that there are three steps. The first step we agreed was forming the idea, the second is getting the idea out there and getting it known, and the third is the execution of the idea, so that the change is present.
